How to Set up Scan to Email on Ricoh Printers?

Set up scan to email so that users can scan their devices and deliver emails to your company's Microsoft 365 or Office 365 email accounts by following the steps below.

Step 1:  Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center (admin.microsoft.com) in a new browser window.

Select E-mail from the Device Settings menu.
