How to Turn Ricoh Printer Online from Offline?

Step 1: First of all, go to  Open Print and Share Settings

Step 2: Go to the upper right corner of your screen and then select the option of "Profiles"

Step 3: Choose your profile from the Profiles option and then select Edit. 

Step 4: After that, choose the option of Printer Channels from the list. 

Step 5: Then, you need to select the button given below the list of Printer channels. 

Step 6: Then, go to the Channel list and select dialog

Step 7: Search for None and then change the offline status to None

Step 8: Select Ok and then Save Settings. 

Step 9: Now, try to print something. 

An Alternative Method to Fix the Ricoh Printer Offline Issue

In this method, you are going to request status communication through WMI. Perform the simple steps given below to fix the Ricoh printer offline problem. 

Step 1: The first thing that you need to do is to open the "Print & Share setting. 

Step 2: After that, open the dialog box of Profiles and change it by going to the box given at the upper-right corner. 

Step 3: Go to general configuration under "Profiles".

Step 4: After that, you need to choose General Setting under General Configuration. 

Step 5: Then, you must change the communication method to WMI only. 

Step 6: Select Ok and then Save Settings

Step 7: Now, try to print a document.
