Step 1: Turn ON your HP printer.
Step 2: Place A-4 size plain white paper in the input tray of the printer.
Step 3: Launch the application of the HP solution center on your computer system.

Step 5: Visit the Printer toolbox and then click on it. The window of the printer toolbox will open up on the screen.

Step 11: Please check that your printer is properly aligned and no error messages appear on the screen.
